The TechFlo range of benchtop units have been developed for the activities of a busy laboratory. Used in situations where it is not necessary to tie up space in a full size fume cabinet.
TechFlo filtration & extraction cabinets offer high standards of operator protection, durability, high versatility, and high flexibility in filtering & extracting gases, fumes, vapours and fine powders.
Providing at source filtration of potentially harmful pollutants is essential during a technician's general daily work processes.
Available in a variety of sizes to suit most applications, the enclosures are in the form of clear shields allowing maximum visibilty.
With turbulent free airflow extremely accurate readings are possible without effecting operator protection.

You will find units for low use and units for high use in a small unventillated room. Please bear in mind that if possible, a unit which would duct to the outside atmosphere would be the most efficient.

For use in situations where external venting is impractical and hydrocarbon vapour and gas filtration is necessary. Applications include the handling and use of Electrochemicals. (Cleaning solvents, conformal coatings etc) resins, sealants, adhesives, solder pots and solder irons. Also used in orthopaedics and dental laboratories for controlling staff exposure to, typically, methyl methacrylate, cyanoacrylate adhesives and for the safe weighing of hazardous powders.
These units are designed for operator protection whereby gases, fumes, vapours and particulate contaminants are filtered. Cleaned air is exhausted at the rear of the cabinet. |

Filtration cabinets T370 H-C and T570H-C are designed to vastly reduce and/or eliminate operator exposure to potentially harmful airborne contaminants in line with COSHH regulations 2002 and occupational exposure limits published annually in HSE document EH40/2002. The basic design principal consists of drawing air, vapour and particulates away from the operator and passing contaminated air at a set velocity through an activated carbon filter and/or HEPA filter. Cleaned air is exhausted at the rear/right of the cabinet. These units are designed for operator protection whereby gases, fumes, vapours and particulate contaminants are filtered. Cleaned air is exhausted at the rear of the cabinet. |
